Spring Oaks Capital, LLC, is expanding into Albuquerque, creating more than 200 new jobs. This will be Spring Oaks Capital, LLC’s first expansion outside of its headquarters in Virginia. The company will be located at 4420 The 25 Way. Spring Oaks Capital, LLC, has already hired about 35 new employees, with plans to hire about 200.
