ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Multi-Agency Task Force is investigating after a suspect died while police were attempting to take the individual into custody during a SWAT standoff in Albuquerque.

APD says individual had a felony warrant and a SWAT team was activated to a residence near 12th St. and Indian School Rd. to assist in taking the suspect into custody. The Multi-Agency Task Force is investigating a death by suicide.
