ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The family of a student who was shot and killed is suing New Mexico State University. This lawsuit is in relation to a shooting that happened at the University of New Mexico in November 2022. The shooting was between then-NMSU forward Mike Peake and UNM student Brandon Travis.
