ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Some of the best parts of Balloon Fiesta, Glow-deo, and the gondola club were all ideas from one man, Scott Appelman. Appelman, the owner of Rainbow Ryders, died this week but the people who knew him say his legacy will continue on, including at Balloon Fiesta.
