Man pleads guilty to deadly shooting at Albuquerque McDonald’s

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man is facing up to 20 years in prison for a deadly shooting at a McDonald’s drive-thr u. The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office said Deandre Vigil pled guilty to killing Victor Torres at the fast food restaurant on Indian School and 12th Street last year.

Suspect in Santa Fe murder waives detention hearing in federal carjacking case

A passenger in Torres’ car told police that Vigil was following them and the two got into an argument. Vigil will be sentenced at a later date.
