Indian Pueblo Cultural Center Complex holds grand opening Friday

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The new Indian Pueblo Cultural Center Complex will be holding a grand opening and ribbon-cutting on Friday morning. The complex is geared towards supporting those in New Mexico’s food and agriculture industries.

The Public Service Company of New Mexico contributed $100,000 to the project. The funds went towards phase one of the construction of the IPEC Commercial Kitchen. The space will give entrepreneurs a place to practice in a professional setting.

The 7,500 square-foot space includes cold and dry storage, a demonstration and test kitchen for classes or community events, a fully-equipped commercial-grade kitchen with a bakery, a large-scale processing area for fresh produce.
