Albuquerque Celebrates Recovery is a committee of organizations with a mission to focus on acceptance, welcoming and embracing all paths to recovery. During the month of September, they are putting on some events to celebrate people in recovery and provide resources to those that need them.
New Mexico State University joins hot air balloon community
Albuquerque Celebrates Recovery Art Show – September 6 from 5 – 8 p.m. at Casa de Cultura. Free event featuring music and art created by locals in recovery.
Albuquerque Celebrates Recovery Pow Wow – September 13 from 1 – 9 p.m. at Civic Plaza. Celebrate Native American culture from diverse indigenous nations. The event is free and open to the public.
Albuquerque Celebrates Recovery Main Event – September 26 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Civic Plaza. There will be over 75 tables at the event from various treatment organizations and other resources. Guests will also be able to enjoy live music, entertainment, fun and more.
