12th Annual Blues Festival benefiting the Freedom in Music Project

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Freedom in Music Project helps spread the joy of music by providing youth with acoustic guitars. The project is holding the 12th Annual Blues Festival fundraiser to help support that goal.

The Blues Festival will be held September 12 at Revel from 6 – 10 p.m. The event will feature Brandon Post, School of Rock, One More Silver Dollar and The High Desert Blues Band. The program has already delivered 32 guitars to at risk youth in 2024. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door, kids get in for free. The night will be full of music, raffles, auctions and more.
