Since 1997, Pop Pop’s has been serving the best Italian shaved ice in Albuquerque. In 2018, the company was sold to new owners who transitioned it to a new business model that focuses on mobile retail units. With several thousand events in the last few years, Pop Pop’s has grown to over eight mobile units and opened a retail store in 2022.
