One of the residents told police those people said they were law enforcement. Three of them then forced their way into the home looking for what police say was drugs and money. One of the residents, Nathan Ogden, was killed. Police said they identified the four as Samuel Duran, Benisha Shanta, Gabriel Thyberg, and Daniel Hernandez.

Shanta, Thyberg, and Hernandez were all arrested in early August. Duran was arrested in northeast Albuquerque last week. All four are facing charges related to Ogden’s death.
