Pups hit Albuquerque pool for last time in 2024

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The dogs of Albuquerque got to dive into the deep end for the last time of the season on Saturday.

The city’s Parks and Recreation Department hosted the Rio Grande Doggy Paddle, where the four-legged friends and their favorite humans could jump into the pool to cool off from the summer heat.

Both sessions for the event were sold out. It was the last doggy paddle for the summer as fall approaches.
