ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Many in New Mexico spotted a strange object in the sky on Tuesday morning. The object in the sky is a high-altitude balloon launched by World View. The balloon is part of the company’s Stratolite balloon system. The balloon is filled with helium and a super-pressure ballast balloon to lift a payload into the stratosphere.
