New Mexicans watch and analyze ABC News Presidential Debate

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A full house for Bow and Arrow Brewing Tuesday night for a watch party of the presidential debate. “I think it’s important that we’re fostering an environment where we’re encouraging healthy dialog and not necessarily, you know, being confrontational,” said Shyla Sheppard, the co-founder of the brewery. “The whole intent of debates are to encourage a healthy dialogue, the exchange of diverse perspectives, and kind of thinking outside yourself. I feel like this is just kind of further fostering that opportunity, giving people a chance to be more well-informed as they, you know, decide on which political candidate they’re going to support.”
