Former Albuquerque firefighters accused of rape could go to trial early next year

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The three former Albuquerque firefighters charged with rape could be going to trial early next year. Aden Heyman, Angel Portillo, and Anthony Martin are accused of sexually abusing a woman during an off-duty party last year.

Rio Rancho teen accused of murder will be held behind bars

Investigators said the men took turns raping her in Martin’s home before the woman escaped through a bathroom window. The court is looking to set the trial for the end of February or March.
