(COLORADO SPRINGS) — AEG has announced the cancellation of four Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top performances, including two in Colorado.
The cancellation will affect four appearances, including two in Colorado at Blue Arena in Loveland and Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs. The performances with ZZ Top were set to occur this weekend on Sept. 27 and Sept. 28.
Lynyrd Skynyrd also canceled performances in West Valley, Utah set for Sept. 26, and Albuquerque, New Mexico on September 29. The band had recently canceled their performance in Anchorage, Alaska on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
Ford Amphitheater posted via Facebook that refunds are available at the point of purchase.
The announcement stated Lynyrd Skynyrd lead singer Johnny Van Zant’s daughter had a sudden emergency illness.
