Trial for suspect in Albuquerque movie theater murder set for November

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The young man charged with a murder at an Albuquerque movie theater is set to go to trial in less than two months. Enrique Padilla is charged with shooting and killing 52-year-old Michael Tenorio at the Century Rio 24 near Jefferson and I-25 last summer. Investigators believe it stemmed from a dispute over seating assignments.

New trial date set for Solomon Peña

On Thursday, Judge Joseph Montaño scheduled Padilla’s trial for November 12.
