Northern part of I-25 reopens after New Mexico sees intense snowfall

NORTHERN NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – Interstate 25 between Las Vegas and the Colorado border has been reopened. Over the past few days, dangerous driving conditions formed after record snowfall and ice in the area.

Around 9 a.m. on Saturday, Raton Pass was reopened, but the New Mexico Department of Transportation said difficult conditions still exist.
