ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man accused of stabbing 11 people on Super Bowl Sunday two years ago pled guilty to his charges on Tuesday. Tobias Gutierrez rode his bike down Central Ave. and stabbed multiple people on February 13, 2022. No one died in the attacks.

His trial was set to begin on Tuesday when he stopped the proceedings and pled guilty to five counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He’s facing at least twelve years behind bars. A sentencing date has not been set.
