Crews contain Bosque fire in Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque Fire Rescue was sent to the area of Atrisco Blvd. and 49th St. NW for a Bosque fire on Monday. Crews got ahead of the fire in about 30 minutes. It burned about half an acre of land. In all, AFR said 21 units responded including the AFR Wild Land Task Force and Corrales Fire Department.

Victim’s finger amputated after being bit multiple times by man in New Mexico

The cause of the fire is under investigation. No injuries were reported.
