ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A man will learn how long he will spend behind bars for killing someone during a confrontation last year on Albuquerque’s West Side.
Gabriel Guerrero pleaded no contest to second-degree murder for killing Nathaniel Besel during a confrontation.
