EL PASO, Texas ( KTSM ) — Travel advisories have been issued for Tuesday, April 1 in Southern New Mexico with the highest impact for strong winds and blowing dust from 6 a.m. to midnight, the New Mexico Department of Transportation said.
The National Weather Service has forecasted sustained wind speeds of 30 to 40 mph and peak gusts up to 50 to 60 mph.
