The process starts in February when the city starts accepting applications from food trucks. From there, a lottery system chooses which food trucks will participate in the program. The chosen trucks are then put into different groups that rotate out about every seven weeks.

The first group of food trucks consisted of 505 Bussin’ Taste Buds, Shake It Up, Pop Pops Italian Ice, In Pizza We Trust, Los Pookies, Good Dog Catering and Concessions, as well as New Mex-A-Que. The program is now in the second group. You can find which trucks are on that line-up through June 20 below:

  • Wow Wow Lemonade
  • Burque Eats
  • Latin Flavor
  • Umami Moto
  • The Brain Freezer
  • One Stop Chill and Fill
  • The Original Oasis Fruit Drinks
