ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A new face is in charge at Sandia National Laboratories. The labs formally welcomed their latest director, Lauren McGill, during a media briefing Wednesday morning. She has 30 years in the defense industry, having previously served as the labs’ Deputy Director for Nuclear Deterrence and Chief Technology Officer.
