Albuquerque Isotopes chefs unveil dishes for Orbit’s birthday bash and Taco Tuesday

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) — The Albuquerque Isotopes chefs have been hard at work getting ready for its mascot’s birthday celebration next week. For Taco Tuesday, fans can get their hands on three new tacos – one with barbacoa, another with beef and cheese, and the third with fried chicken tenders and pineapple coleslaw.

Then for Orbit’s birthday bash, the topes will serve up “Pizza Planet,” a baked chicken parmesan patty topped with mozzarella and pepperonis on a brioche bun, galaxy noodles with orange chicken, and ice cream sandwiches with orange, lime and lemon sherbet…
