The city is set to begin construction on a two-year widening project at Unser and Paseo Del Norte, they are set to break ground later this year.
Drivers like Alice Gutierrez say that two years feels too long, but right now, that stretch of road is a safety hazard. “More lights, more safety lights for everybody who is crossing, cause right here, its dangerous just to cross here to get to fireworks.”…
