Dog reunited with owner following northeast Albuquerque house explosion

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Glass sits shattered on the ground, and windows are boarded up at a home near Eubank and Menaul. A neighborhood is picking up the pieces after a house explosion earlier this week that officials believe was caused by a large amount of fireworks.

“My house was burned. It’s in the inside it’s got to be gutted,” said Holly Summers, owner.

As you walk into Holly Summers’ home, black soot covers the tattered walls, and debris is strewn across the living room and kitchen. “You can feel the heat from here,” said Jay Kruger in a TikTok video capturing the flames…
