ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – American Airlines has added special nonstop flights from Charlotte and Philadelphia to Albuquerque for the 2025 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.
ABQ Sunport ranked among top 10 best airports in the country
The airline will operate roundtrip flights from each city on October 3, 4, 5, 10, 12 and 13. The flights will come to the Albuquerque International Sunport from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Philadelphia International Airport. The additional flights give east coast travelers more options to get to Albuquerque for Balloon Fiesta. This comes after Delta Airlines recently announced new seasonal nonstop service to Albuquerque from Detroit and Seattle for Balloon Fiesta.
