ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – School is almost back in session for the state’s largest school district, and the rush to get new backpacks and supplies is here.
Teachers are set to report to classrooms next week, but some parents have noticed a large number of teacher openings on the Albuquerque Public Schools website, making them nervous.
According to the APS job postings site, there are about 275 teaching jobs open. 175 of those are instructional positions and 101 are extracurricular positions…
