An ultra-sympathetic motorcycle cop in New Mexico told a resident to give his DoorDash driver five stars on July 22, even after he had to step in and complete an order because he had arrested the deliveryman. This bodycam footage released by the Rio Rancho Police Department (RRPD) shows Officer Lucero hand-delivering an order from Chick-fil-A and explaining that the original delivery driver had been arrested for an outstanding traffic ticket. “The driver didn’t take care of a traffic ticket, so he’s on his way to jail,” Officer Lucero says, then adding, “he’s a good kid, give him five stars.
