PNM offering help to customers with a past-due bill or disconnect notice

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – PNM is hosting an event to help low-income customers with a past-due bill or disconnect notice. Seniors who qualify for SNAP or the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) are also eligible to receive assistance. The bill assistance event will be August 1, from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Los Griegos Health and Social Service Center.

In addition to bill assistance, attendees can also get energy efficiency tips, resources to reduces energy costs and information about upcoming financial literacy courses. Customers are asked to bring their past-due bill or disconnect notice, proof of participation in SNAP or LIHEAP, and a valid ID. If you can’t make it to event in person, you can apply for help online at PNM.com/help.
