On Wednesday, July 30th, residents across the Albuquerque metro and surrounding counties should prepare for heavy rainfall, flash flooding, and severe thunderstorms.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch, warning of slow-moving showers and thunderstorms capable of producing rainfall rates over 2 inches per hour.
