ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) — The family of a 19-year-old who was hit and killed while riding her bike home, is calling for change in the face of grief.
Compassionate and kind, that’s how Kayla Vanlandingham’s parents are remembering their daughter, full of joy, strength, and perseverance.
