ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The trial against a career conman accused of sexually assaulting two women was stopped on Tuesday. Andrew Miller had pleaded not guilty to five rape charges.

The court learned that one of the jurors watched a news story about the suspect. Judge Clara Moran declared a mistrial in the case. They will set a new trial date and have to select a new jury.
