ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – We’re learning more information about a hit-and-run crash in Albuquerque that turned into a murder investigation.
The crash happened in early July. Albuquerque police say they got reports that a man dealing with homelessness was hit by a car, and was lying dead in the road near Eubank and Menual.
When officers got to the scene, they reportedly found injuries that were not consistent with just a crash. We now know, 16-year-old Xavier Dimas is facing murder charges for the incident…
