City of Albuquerque to add HAWK signal at site of deadly crash

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The City of Albuquerque is adding a HAWK signal near an intersection in an area where a deadly crash happened in July.

A 19-year-old woman died while cycling across the street. Police say the driver stayed on the scene.
