Father begs APD, public for answers in tattoo shop murder

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Nearly a year after his son’s tragic killing, John Sisneros, Sr. told KOB 4 that his life has stopped in its tracks. He wants the public to know the killer is still at-large.

In November 2024, Albuquerque awoke to heartbreaking news. At 8:30 a.m. someone walked into Por Vida Tattoo and Coffee Shop and shot John “Bael” Sisneros.

His family said that the shooting took place in front of one of his children. His father, Sisneros, Sr. is still seeking answers, even as Albuquerque Police Department say the detective on the case is on vacation…
