ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The City of Albuquerque will begin installing speed humps on two neighborhood streets starting Monday, following complaints from residents about drivers going dangerously fast.
The work is part of the city’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program, which aims to address traffic issues in residential areas.
