Keller discusses immigration, crime, homelessness and more in State of the City Address

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — From immigration to crime and housing to homelessness, Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller addressed several topics in his annual “State of the City” address.

He mentioned his wins over the past 8 years and the areas that need improvement. But his overall message was that the tide is starting to turn so it’s time to build on that momentum.
