Albuquerque man accused of murder over parking spot appears in court

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The man accused of a deadly shooting over a parking space faced a judge on Monday for the first time since his arrest. Police said 38-year-old David Casarez shot and killed Carlos Ochoa after a dispute Friday night at the Effingbar & Grill on Sequoia Rd. near Coors Blvd.
