ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A scooter chase in northwest Albuquerque led to charges for the rider back in July.

Deputy: “You can say that we’re just harassing you. Realistically, you are in this situation because of your own actions.”Man: “What did I do?”Deputy: “You didn’t stop. When you see flashing lights, especially a star on the side of the car, stop.”

BCSO deputies attempted to stop a man back in July, who KRQE News 13 is not naming or showing because he was only charged with misdemeanors after a shots-fired and attempted break-in report in northwest Albuquerque.Deputy: “Stop the f****** scooter! Do it now! Stop the scooter! I said, do it now!”
