The Decades Y2K Menu is set to launch nationwide Sept. 9 and will revive highly coveted items such as the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos, Caramel Apple Empanada, 7-Layer Burrito, Double Decker Taco, and Chili Cheese Burrito, all for under $3.
