ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Water pouring from the ceiling and light fixtures is not something anyone wants to see in their home. But that’s what happened to Ramon Zamora not once, but twice.
Zamora says his landlord is hanging him out to dry. Video from February shows water dumping into Zamora’s apartment at Copper Hills in northeast Albuquerque.
