BCSO: Suspect in custody after telling UPS driver to flee from deputies

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man is in custody after the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office said he told a UPS truck driver to flee from deputies. A criminal complaint stated that Mukhammed-Emin Idrisov was armed with a knife when told the driver to drive down I-40 with deputies in pursuit. The truck eventually stopped near Unser Blvd. in Albuquerque.

New Mexico Supreme Court upholds conviction for man in 2018 murders

The driver told deputies that Idrisov had asked for help near To’Hajillee when he hopped in the truck and told the driver to drive. Idrisov is facing false imprisonment and aggravated assault charges.
