ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — City councilors are set to vote on a new housing voucher program and a bond to bring a new fusion energy production facility to Albuquerque.
City Councilor Renee Grout is behind the proposed pilot program that would provide housing vouchers to homeless people who are transitioning out of rehab or sobriety programs.
