ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The City of Albuquerque said it is making progress clearing its backlog of public records requests. According to City Clerk Ethan Watson, requests have fallen below 1,000 for the first time in two years. 65% of all requests are now closed within 20 days, and 53 are closed within 15 days.
