ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)—A major milestone was reached on Wednesday in the Albuquerque International Sunport’s multi-phase Dream of Flight terminal renovation project, as the centerpiece of the upgrade — the food hall — is now fully complete.

Originally opened ten months ago with only a few vendors, the food hall is now operating at full capacity. Just in time for Balloon Fiesta travelers, all seven vendors are open, including the newest addition: Indian Pueblo Kitchen. “This truly is more than a restaurant. This is a story of resilience, a story of our culture, and a story of opportunity. An opportunity for partnership, an opportunity for us to share through our food with the guests that are traveling from all around the world,” said Monique Fragua, CEO of Indian Pueblo Kitchen.
