Pretrial detention sought for Albuquerque department store arson suspect

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The state is working to keep the man accused of settin ga fire at a store in northeast Albuquerque behind bars. According to a criminal complaint, 49-year-old Nathan Castillo set fire in the Marshall’s department store on Montgomery last month.
