New details released on shooting in Sadie’s parking lot

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – KRQE News 13 is learning more about a shooting in the parking lot of Sadie’s on Wednesday. According to the criminal complaint, the incident began at the nearby Texas Roadhouse. Gabriel Sena told police that he was serving a table at the restaurant where he worked when he was attacked by Joshua McKeough. He said McKeough then stole his silver chain and fled. Witnesses said that Sena grabbed a gun from his vehicle and pursued McKeough.

The confrontation came to a head in the parking lot of the nearby Sadie’s restaurant, where Sena said he shot McKeough. McKeough was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Sena said that he had never seen McKeough before, but witnesses said that the victim asked for Sena by name when he arrived.

Sena went before a judge on Thursday, charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. McKeough has been charged with robbery and larceny…
