Bernalillo County redeveloping property in North Valley to be the future home of ASL Academy and more

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It used to be the center of haunted stories in the North Valley, but after sitting empty for decades, the Sandia Ranch property is now well into a multi-million-dollar community-focused revamp.

Bernalillo County is revamping more than 17 acres of the old Sandia Ranch near Edith Boulevard and Osuna Road.
