LOS LUNAS, N.M. – The man accused of starting at least one of the destructive fires in Los Lunas last July took a plea deal on Thursday to four years in prison.
A spokesperson for the 13th Judicial District Attorney says Jacob LaHair will get four years in the Department of Corrections, two years of parole, and eighteen months of probation. In exchange for the guilty plea on the arson charge, a second charge of criminal damage to property was dropped.
